VoIP; multimedia converged Contact Center

​​Request for proposal for the acquisition, the installation and the implementation of all active components of Automobile Club Luxembourg's virtualized voice over IP telephony network as well as related services. In this project, energy efficiency also played a substantial role.

Advice on the coordination of tendering procedures for the supply of active IT network as well as VoIP based computer telephone system, the structured data cabling solutions, access control and IT cybersecurity system in the new building (80 users).

  • Development of an Active Safety Concept for the new KPMG head office

  • Gap analysis according to the architecture and space design of the new building

  • Study of configurations for intrusion detection, video surveillance, technical alarms, communications, access control and electronic payment, centralized management and dry technical interfaces.

  • Definition of the recommended overall concept of active and passive safety

  • Development of a request for proposal document for the new concept

  • Drawing up of network layouts and logical schematics of installations on the basis of existing space CAD files

  • Launch of restricted tendering procedure

  • Technical and financial evaluation of the tenders received 

  • Presentation and submission of the detailed bid evaluation report

  • Functional study of the management of access to the multi-tenant building with offices and commercial space (fitness, restaurant and other shops) including an intelligent technical centralized management concept.

  • Advice on coordinating tendering procedures for the supply of "Green ICT" IT and telephone equipment for all users and tenants of the building (400 people).

Audit of the existing infrastructure, elaboration of "Network and ICT Cloud" concept, elaboration of a tender document, coordination and monitoring of the implementation of the telecommunication equipment/services in their new building. (+/- 50 employees)
