Creates, consolidates, and updates the register of processing activities (Article 30 of the GDPR).

Analyzes the processing of existing personal data (Article 5 of the GDPR).

Prepares the various information documents for the attention of data subjects involved in the processing of personal data (articles 12 and 14 of the GDPR).

Performs reviews of the various existing contracts within the entity (employment contract, subcontract, etc.).

Identifies, prioritizes, and implements technical and organizational measures to manage the risks relating to personal data (Articles 32 and 35 of the GDPR).

Detects and acts in case of personal data breaches under the conditions of the articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.
